Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Excel, financial systems, payment platforms, credit card programs, purchasing tools, AP processes, and internal controls.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Background checks and driving record assessments will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations and assist the AP Manager in directing the AP department.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to AP staff and agency programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, while assisting with workload management and performance oversight.
• Serve as primary administrator for AP systems and purchasing platforms.
