Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience, including high-volume, full-cycle processing.
• Experience reviewing and reconciling corporate credit card transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Sage is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional, responsive manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, approvals, data entry, and payment processing.
• Process recurring and one-time rent payments accurately and on schedule.
• Research and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor account discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor and program staff inquiries and resolve invoice and payment issues promptly.
• Review corporate credit card transactions, receipts, coding, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable records.
• Maintain accurate vendor files, payment records, and audit documentation.
