Job summary

Rensa Filtration is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the shared services AP function as the company moves to a centralized model. You will oversee invoice processing, payments, vendor relationships, and policy development within a growing Shared Services center.

The role requires 7–10 years in AP with at least 3 years in management, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of implementing automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years in Accounts Payable with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a shared service center or centralized AP function; driving automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and rollout of a standardized AP process across the business.
• Oversee daily operations of the AP department, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Develop and refine standardized AP policies and procedures within the shared services framework.
• Leverage NetSuite and IFS ERP systems to improve AP efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Manage vendor relationships, addressing inquiries and ensuring payment terms compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team to foster accountability and excellence.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Monitor AP KPIs and present AP performance reports to senior management.
