Job summary

Rensa Filtration is seeking an AP Manager to lead the Accounts Payable function within a growing Shared Services environment. The role focuses on building standardized AP processes, implementing policies, and ensuring timely vendor payments.

You will manage a team, optimize workflows in ERP systems (IFS, NetSuite), and drive continuous improvement while supporting month-end close and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Accounts Payable, with managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll-out a standardized AP process across the business.
• Oversee daily AP operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoices and payments.
• Develop, implement and refine AP policies and procedures within the shared service center.
• Leverage NetSuite and IFS ERP systems to improve AP efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Manage vendor relationships, address inquiries, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Monitor AP metrics and prepare AP performance reports for senior management.
