Job summary

United Utility Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the end-to-end AP function. You will drive invoice processing, approvals, payments, and reconciliation while strengthening internal controls.

You will oversee an AP team and partner with procurement, operations, and finance. Emphasis on workflow automation, AI-enabled processing, and governance to ensure audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in progressive accounts payable experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience managing end-to-end AP operations: processing, approvals, payments, reconciliations, and period-end close.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AP process including invoice intake, coding, validation, approvals, and payments.
• Monitor AP aging, due dates, vendor balances, and discrepancies; resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and lead AP team; collaborate with procurement, operations, finance, treasury, and business leaders.
