Job summary

Abbott is seeking an AP Clerk in Livermore, CA for a 6+ month onsite assignment. You will process high volumes of supplier invoices, verify accuracy, perform 3-way match with POs and receipts, ensure correct coding, and manage approval workflows.

Qualified candidates will handle vendor inquiries, maintain vendor master data, request W-9s, and foster strong supplier relationships. Experience with Great Plains is a plus.
