Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 3+ years in Accounts Payable and General Ledger; Epicor experience a plus.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for entry to ensure prompt payment of vendor invoices received by mail and email.
• Process 3-way match invoices.
• Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Enter invoices for payment and expensed period correctly for month end.
• Prepare weekly payments by check with supporting documents.
