Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an AP Clerk (Full Cycle) for a long-term temporary assignment in Northfield. The role covers full-cycle accounts payable in a high-volume ERP environment, with four days on-site and one remote day weekly.

You will process PO and non-PO invoices, code and match entries, and resolve discrepancies while collaborating with buyers and vendors. Strong Excel and SAP/Ariba experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• PO and non-PO invoice processing experience.
• Ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP platforms.
• Preferred SAP experience and 1099 processing.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of PO-related and non-PO invoices from entry through payment.
• Enter, code, and match invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor and resolve discrepant invoices with Buyers, Receiving, and Vendors to clear them.
• Perform month-end balancing and reconciliations.
• Keep AP records accurate and well documented.
• Respond to vendor and internal questions about invoice and payment status.

• Preferred: SAP experience and 1099 processing experience

This is a long-term temporary assignment lasting a year or more. The position is based in Northfield, with four days on-site and one remote day each week.
