Job summary

AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing is seeking an AP/AR Clerk to join a detail-oriented accounting team in California. This role handles Accounts Payable for the primary operation and Accounts Receivable across multiple divisions, offering variety and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of office experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Experience with D365 is a plus as the team keeps processes moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, expense reports, and weekly checks
• Handle GL and vendor coding
• Reconcile vendor and customer statements
• Maintain vendor records and AP files
• Assist with 1099s and account analysis
• Partner with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues
