Zusammenfassung

DISA Tech, Inc. is seeking an AP/AR Specialist to run day-to-day payables and receivables as we scale. You’ll process vendor activity for equipment, materials, testing, and contractors, and handle customer invoicing and collections.

You’ll work with the Senior Accountant to support month-end close and help shape AP/AR processes as we grow. The role requires 2–4 years’ AP/AR experience, familiarity with NetSuite, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 4 years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Experience with Ramp or a similar spend management tool is a plus.
• Background in mining, mineral processing, energy, manufacturing, or another technical/field-heavy industry is helpful but not required.
• Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, basic reconciliations).
• Good communicator who can chase approvals and past-due payments without friction.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving company where processes are still being built.
• Associates degree or coursework in Accounting/Finance is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Process full-cycle accounts payable: invoice intake, coding, routing, and payments (ACH, wire, check).
• Code invoices by project, department, and cost center.
• Set up and maintain vendor records and banking details.
• Manage company card activity in Ramp: receipts and reconciliation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, past-due items.
• Prepare and file 1099s at year end.
• Prepare and send customer invoices; record payments; monitor AR aging.
• Track intercompany activity and support month-end close.
