DISA Tech, Inc. in Casper, Wyoming, is seeking an AP/AR Specialist to manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable as we scale.

You will process vendor invoices, code by project, handle payments, and support month-end close, shaping how AP and AR operate in our growing finance function. You will work with NetSuite and Ramp, maintain vendor records, and ensure accuracy in billing, collections, and intercompany activity.

Competenze

• 2 to 4 years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience.

Mansioni

• Process full-cycle accounts payable including invoice intake, coding, approval routing, and payments (ACH, wire, check).
