Mitsui & Co. Energy Marketing and Services (USA), Inc. is seeking an AP/AR Coordinator in Houston to manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks using Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite. You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate processing and recordkeeping.

The role involves month‑end close assistance, tax compliance support, and audit documentation, with a professional office environment and opportunities to support process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years direct experience in Accounting, AP/AR function preferred.
• Experience with Business Central or NetSuite preferred.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable activities, including vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Process accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing and cash application.
• Maintain accurate accounting records with Dynamics and NetSuite.
• Research and resolve routine invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly close activities and journal entries.
• Coordinate with Treasury on payment processing and cash receipts.
• Assist with tax compliance activities and supporting documentation.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
