Job summary

You will support our transition to Dynamics 365 Business Central and work with QuickBooks to ensure timely billing and payments. Responsibilities include processing invoices, bank reconciliations, month-end close support, and GAAP-compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge required.
• 2–3 years accounting experience.
• 1 year experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Ensure timely billing of services and tracking of receipts.
• Process vendor invoices and disburse payments per policy.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in migrating financial data from QuickBooks to Dynamics 365.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulatory standards.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain confidential and meticulous financial records.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
