• Manage full-cycle payables with accuracy and speed, ensuring invoices are processed correctly.
• Analyze and code invoices, matching them to orders, bills, and records.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for accuracy.
• Enter data in NetSuite and keep payables running smoothly with proper documentation.
• Maintain professional vendor relationships and reliable payment cycles.
• Support Accounting Management with special projects and process improvements.
