New Realm Brewing Company, based in Virginia Beach, seeks an experienced AP/AR Specialist to support our Finance team with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and other core accounting functions.

The role covers processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations across multiple entities, maintaining vendor and customer records, and supporting month-end close in a growing brewery environment. This on-site position emphasizes accuracy and timely financial operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 1+ years of AP/AR or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience processing invoices, payments, cash receipts, and vendor/customer records in an accounting system or ERP.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices across multi-entity structure with proper coding and approvals.
• Prepare weekly payment runs (check, ACH, wire) and ensure timely payment.
• Maintain vendor master records and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and apply payments; manage AR aging.
• Assist with month-end close and prepare supporting documentation.
