Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in an AR and/or AP role; retail/manufacturing background a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Post customer payments and balance cash receipts daily.
• Process vendor bills with correct coding and approvals.
• Assist with general ledger reconciliations and account analysis.
• Prepare weekly A/R and A/P status reports.
• Support tax filings and compliance as needed.
