Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience with multi-location organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving docs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting.
• Support 1099 preparation and compliance tasks.
• Maintain organized records and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and collaborate.
