Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: 3-way matching of invoices and data entry.
• Accounts Receivable: Post payments to ledgers.
• Communicate daily with vendors and staff regarding account status.
• Assist with year-end close process.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Participate in additional projects as assigned.
