Job summary

The AP/AR Specialist role with Cahuilla Band of Indians in Anza, CA handles accounts payable and receivable within Sylogist Mission ERP. Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED (Associates in accounting a plus).
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC or Sylogist Mission).
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor setup requests and match invoices to POs.
• Enter invoices and perform three-way matching for payment processing.
• Prepare payment journals and check runs for review.
• Record deposits and handle customer invoices and aging.
• Assist with month-end close and audit support.
