Job summary

Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians in Palm Springs, CA seeks an Accounting Clerk to provide clerical and accounting support for projects. The role reports to supervisors in accounting and assists with day-to-day activities across accounts payable, receivable, and cost accounting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of accounting experience, and proficiency in Excel. Experience with Sage 300 Construction or Abila MIP is a plus; strong organization and English

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of accounting/clerical experience.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with Sage 300 Construction (Timberline) and/or Abila MIP is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable/documentation and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare invoices and record cash receipts; arrange bank deposits.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit daily non-gaming revenue reports and input data.
• Maintain construction cost database and assist with project budgets.
