This role is responsible for managing the full accounts payable and accounts receivable process, including processing customer purchase orders, invoicing, posting payments, reconciling accounts, handling collections, resolving billing discrepancies, and monitoring bank deposits. The position also provides administrative support to the sales, service, and admin teams, maintains organized records in a paperless environment, assists with sales tax reporting, and works closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a growing manufacturing company.
