Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Accounting Clerk, AP/AR Clerk, or similar accounting support role.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience processing invoices, payments, and check runs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and process check runs and vendor payments.
• Assist with daily and monthly accounting activities.
• Review invoices, verify accuracy, and maintain financial records.
