Job summary

Thrill Sports is seeking an in-office AP analyst in Las Vegas, NV to support day-to-day accounts payable for domestic and global entities. The role requires meticulous recordkeeping, strong vendor communication, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate coding and timely payments.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of AP experience, experience with international currencies, and excellent analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years AP experience.
• Experience with international currencies and foreign entities is a plus.
• Must be located in Las Vegas, NV area.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify proper company, period, and coding for each invoice and enter into AP system.
• Collect contracts and supporting docs for each invoice prior to payment.
• Process ACH, domestic wire, and international wire payments.
• Record daily bank transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Read and interpret contracts relating to payment timing and details.
• Assist with withholding taxes for foreign payments.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal teams in a timely manner.
• Ensure month-end AP cutoffs are met.
