Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• BS in Accounting or related fields.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Great follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier payment issues and provide timely research and resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis on payment issues to solve long-term process gaps.
• Liaise with corporate and divisional counterparts on AP matters.
• Coordinate all audit requests.
• Provide analytical support on key metrics to drive process improvement.
• Perform independent self-audits on the accuracy and thoroughness of AP processes.
• Support the AP month-close process, including accruals.
• Assist managers and supervisors with researching and resolving issues.
• Advise management on process improvements and drive technology-driven improvements.
• Work with management on special projects and analysis as needed.
• Lead ethically and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Champion honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
• Foster a culture where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
