Job summary

Noovo, a premium manufacturing company in Las Vegas, seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst to own three-way matching, vendor credits, and AP workflow across Odoo, QuickBooks Online, and Cashflow360. This on-site role collaborates with purchasing, receiving, and finance to ensure accurate payments and timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6+ years AP experience, strong Excel, ERP knowledge, and excellent communication with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

3-6+ years accounts payable experience in a PO environment.
Ownership of invoice approval decisions and documentation.
Experience with ERP purchasing, receiving, and vendor bills.

Responsibilities

Review AI-captured invoices in Cashflow360 for accuracy, terms, tax, and coding.
Validate invoices against POs and receiving records in Odoo before approval.
Make and document approval decisions for every bill: paid, denied, disputed, or held.
Record reasons and owners for denied or held invoices, plus expected clearing dates.
Escalate non-compliant items and route for proper authorization.
Perform three-way matching of POs, receipts, and invoices; investigate exceptions.
Identify and recover vendor credits and disputes with vendors directly.
Maintain open exceptions log with status and aging.
Support month-end close for AP and reconciliations.
Contribute to process improvements and rollout of updated workflows.
