Responsibilities

• Identify proper company, period, and coding for each invoice and enter into AP system.
• Collect contracts and supporting docs for each invoice prior to payment.
• Process ACH, domestic wire, and international wire payments.
• Record daily bank transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Read and interpret contracts relating to payment timing and details.
• Assist with withholding taxes for foreign payments.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal teams in a timely manner.
• Ensure month-end AP cutoffs are met.

Position Summary:

Thrill Sports is looking for a highly motivated and extremely organized AP analyst to assist with the day-to-day accounts payable activities for our domestic and global entities. This position reports to the Senior Accountant and interacts with vendors and all levels of internal management thus the candidate must possess strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.

Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail – the ability to multi-task is a must. Prior AP experience required. This is an in-office position in Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Functions:

• Identify the proper company, period, account coding and project coding for each invoice and accurately record invoice details into the accounts payable system.
• Collect and retain the appropriate contracts, approvals, and supporting documentation including vendor information and tax information forms for each invoice prior to payment processing.
• Process ACH, domestic wire, and international wire payments.
• Record daily bank transactions (including AP payments, AR receipts, and cash journal entries).
• Must have ability to read and interpret corporate contracts as it relates to payment details and timing.
• Assist with withholding taxes for payments to foreign nationals.
• Research and respond to inquiries from both vendors and department heads in a timely manner.
• Ensure month-end close deadlines for AP cutoff are met.
• Assist with monthly corporate credit card coding.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for certain accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be located in the Las Vegas NV area.
• Minimum of 2 years AP experience.
• Experience with international currencies, foreign entities, and multiple entities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and work effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization.
• Must have extremely high work ethic.
• Must possess excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to ensure proper levels of confidentiality regarding employee personal information and company operations.
