Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 8-12 years experience in Lean/continuous improvement operations.
• 10% travel Domestic and International; eligible for employment in the US.

Responsibilities

• Set up and drive governance and steering at all levels (with Senior Leadership Teams), securing an AOS deployment roadmap and strategy.
• Define overall AOS architecture for a new production line from project phase to entry into service, ensuring consistency across Airbus.
• Respond to questions about AOS philosophy, strategy, tactics, and techniques; promote AOS+MES benefits.
• Advise plant leaders on improving performance by applying AOS standards and best practices; identify appropriate standards for the line.
• Facilitate workshops on topics such as vision, Hoshin Kanri, macro VSM, kaizen, etc.
• Run and facilitate Gemba observations and shop floor exercises coaching senior management.
• Pilot the first AOS standards implementation in the new FAL following deployment strategy.
