Genpact is seeking a Tech Operations professional to join a global team delivering 24/7/365 technical, logistics and diagnostics support for aircraft on ground (AOG) situations. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, ability to interpret manuals, and coordination with distribution centers to ensure rapid resolution.

Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication, be able to work independently, and be willing to work weekends and second shift as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication is required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent PC skills with MS Office, MS Outlook and Excel.
• Weekend work and 2nd shift availability are required.
• Experience/ certifications in aviation maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7/365 technical, logistics and diagnostics support.
• Provide Aircraft on Ground (AOG) coverage.
• Interpret manuals, service bulletins, and repair procedures.
• Resolve tooling and support equipment questions and troubleshoot engines.
• Coordinate with Distribution Center for AOG parts orders.
• Direct inquiries to appropriate teams and provide quotes.
