Job summary

Genpact, an AI-driven technology services company, seeks a Senior Process Associate, Entry Level Support Technician for Aerospace to join a global aviation team in Cincinnati. You will assist airlines worldwide with Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, interpreting manuals, and coordinating rapid tooling and parts support.

The role requires strong communication, independent work, and comfort with a 16/7/365 operation cycle. Weekend work and possible second shift are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent PC skills, experience using MS Office, MS Outlook and Excel.
• Must be able to work on weekends and 2nd shift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 16/7/365 operation technical, logistics and diagnostics support to internal and external customers.
• Provide aircraft on ground (AOG) coverage.
• Strong analysis capabilities to interpret and clarify technical manuals, service bulletins, and repair procedures.
• Resolve tooling and support equipment questions and troubleshoot engine systems.
• Process customer requests for assignment to applicable subject matter experts.
• Provide AOG parts availability and quotations.
• Coordinate with Distribution Center for AOG parts orders.
• Monitor phone lines and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate teams/departments.
