AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Specialist to oversee the accurate processing of AOG shipments globally, ensure top-tier customer service, and uphold data integrity across daily operations.

You will follow applicable laws and company policies while delivering reliable and timely solutions for critical air freight needs. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, air carrier partners, and customers, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and proactive

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• 1-3 years' experience in air freight industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Cargowise experience a plus!
• Strong understanding of International Air freight a plus!

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-organized desk and prioritize workload while coordinating with internal and external teammates.
• Ensure activities align with Operational Process Standards and company policies.
• Monitor KPI results and workflow effectiveness to maintain high service levels.
• Manage CargoWise workflows and daily tracker spreadsheets to ensure data integrity.
• Communicate freight status to customers and support in preparing quotes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
