Okta is seeking a Senior Regional Alliances Manager to own top SI and delivery partnerships in ANZ. You will co-create go-to-market plans with partners to generate pipeline, grow subscription revenue and drive regional expansion.

You will also lead three-way collaborations with Cloud, AI and ISV partners to expand Okta’s reach beyond security. You will report to the Director of Partners & Alliances, ANZ, and work with cross-functional teams to transform partner engagements into a scalable

Formación

• Significant experience leading strategic alliances, SI partnerships, or ecosystem relationships within enterprise software, cloud, AI, or consulting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• A builder mindset with the ability to create scalable partnership programs, solve ambiguous problems, and drive cross-functional execution.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver quarterly joint business plans driving growth in customer acquisition, platform adoption and revenue across ANZ.
• Maintain strong operating cadence with Okta and partner stakeholders including quarterly reviews and governance.
• Forecast accurately and maintain a healthy pipeline for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
• Build trusted executive relationships across partner organizations and their practices.
• Collaborate with Okta Account Executives and partner sellers to accelerate deals and deployments.
• Develop repeatable, industry-specific

• solutions with delivery capability to take them to market.
• Align Product, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Delivery, Legal and Commercial teams behind partner-led engagements.
