Job summary

Okta, The World’s Identity Company, seeks a Senior Regional Alliances Manager to own top SI and delivery partnerships in ANZ. You will build and run joint go-to-market plans with these partners that create partner-sourced pipeline, grow subscription revenue and expand regional expansion, with a repeatable way of working.

Beyond that, you will build three-way go-to-market motions with Cloud, AI and ISV partners, expanding our reach beyond security across partner organisations and practices,

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading strategic alliances or SI partnerships.
• 5+ years of partner-driven pipeline and revenue experience.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Experience with enterprise software, cloud, AI, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own top SI and delivery partnerships in ANZ and develop joint go-to-market plans.
• Create partner-sourced pipeline and drive regional revenue growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams behind partner-led engagements.
• Develop three-way GTM motions with Cloud, AI and ISV partners.
• Forecasting and governance with quarterly reviews and executive reporting.
