Okta is seeking an operational Partner Program Manager to own the APJ Global Partner Program, driving localization, adoption, and high-impact improvements. You will partner with regional field teams and partners to remove friction and accelerate growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

You will align cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal, own enablement resources, and define KPIs to measure ROI and partner-driven revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years of partner program or operations experience.
• Ability to write concise program documentation and updates.
• Strong data literacy and analytical depth.
• Cross-functional influence and communication skills.

• Localize and evolve the Global Partner Program for APJ with feedback loops.
• Drive end-to-end execution and change management of regional initiatives.
• Develop partner enablement resources and manage communications.
• Define KPIs and use analytics to optimize program performance.

• Manage MDF allocations and incentive payouts.
