TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking an Anti-Fraud Operations Manager within TikTok Shop’s USDS Risk Control and Security division to lead the operational line of defense, oversee a team of analytical specialists, and protect the marketplace from fraud while supporting business growth.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, oversee investigations, and modernize workflows with AI/LLM tools, ensuring compliant, safe experiences for buyers, merchants, and creators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Anti-Fraud, Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Risk Analytics in tech or e-commerce.
• 4+ years in people management.
• Hands-on SQL for data analysis and metric validation; familiarity with Python or R.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field.

Responsabilités

• Directly lead, mentor, and develop a team of anti-fraud operational analysts.
• Vendor & BPO operations management: manage external partners, set benchmarks and workflows.
• Oversee deep-dive fraud investigations, escalation handling, and forensic analysis.
• Lead adoption of AI/LLM tools to automate case handling and enhance threat detection.
• Collaborate across partner teams to align on priorities.
