TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC seeks a Fraud/Risk Operations specialist to investigate fraud, manage chargebacks, and design automated workflows. You will partner with product and engineering to implement AI-driven tooling and real-time risk controls.

The role emphasizes building robust processes to reduce manual reviews and accelerate responses to evolving fraud typologies across payments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a quantitative analytical role in Risk Operations, Trust & Safety, or FinTech.
• SQL is required; Python for data analysis is a plus; experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Fraud Investigation: Analyze user behavior, device fingerprints, and login patterns to identify ATO and collusion.
• Chargeback & Dispute Strategy: Oversee end-to-end contestment, automate evidence gathering, improve win rate.
• SOP Design & Optimization: Develop risk operations SOPs and analyze where AI can help.
• AI and Automation Implementation: Partner with Engineering to deploy OCR, LLM parsing and automated risk scoring.
