Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture is seeking a FinTech fraud operations professional to safeguard its financial ecosystem and accelerate decision-making through AI-powered automation.

You will analyze large datasets to identify real-time fraud typologies and translate findings into scalable automated processes, collaborating with product and engineering to extend AI-driven tooling across dispute handling and risk scoring.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a quantitative analytical role (Risk Operations / FinTech).
• SQL is required; Python for data analysis is a plus; experience with BI tools like Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Fraud investigation: analyze user behavior and device data to detect ATO and fraud.
• Chargeback & Dispute Strategy: oversee end-to-end contestment process; automate evidence gathering to improve win rate.
• SOP Design & Optimization: develop and maintain Risk Operations SOPs; identify AI vs. human intervention needs.
• AI and Automation Implementation: identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI agents; work with Engineering on OCR/LLM parsing.
