Job summary

RTX is seeking an electrical engineer with a strong RF/microwave background to design and test phased array hardware and AESA architectures. You will work on RF components, integrate subsystem hardware, and use HFSS, ADS, CST, and MATLAB for simulation and analysis.

The role is onsite in TEWKSBURY, MA for a DoD-related program. Bachelor's or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field is required, with active academic status acceptable.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major.

Responsibilities

• Design RF microwave components and phased array hardware.
• Integrate and test component- and system-level phased array hardware.
• Use HFSS/ADS/CST and MATLAB for simulation and analysis.
