Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking an Internal Insurance Strategist to remotely discuss client needs and sell life insurance and annuities through Crump’s Financial Institutions channel. You will guide discovery, complete applications, navigate underwriting, and explain policy differences and planning concepts to clients and advisors.

The role requires 2+ years direct life/long-term care/DI sales and an active Life and Health license, with FINRA registrations preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work experience.
2+ years direct life, long-term care and disability income insurance selling experience.
3+ years inside sales experience helping agents sell life insurance through a General Agency or carrier.
Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
FINRA registrations required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows PCs.
Strong knowledge of term, whole life, universal life, variable universal life, long-term care and disability solutions.

Responsibilities

Discuss needs with clients and advisors and sell life insurance and annuities to accounts supported by Crump’s Financial Institutions channel.
Complete insurance applications and oversee underwriting for resulting cases.
Explain product features, differences and advantages to clients and advisors.
Explain estate planning, business planning, asset leveraging and 1035 exchanges as appropriate.
