Job summary

Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar is seeking a Philanthropy Engagement and Annual Giving coordinator to help renew, retain, upgrade, and qualify donors, passing to senior gift officers as appropriate.

Under the Director's guidance, you will coordinate Grateful Patient, Recurring Giving, and Partners in Medicine outreach, maintain donor portfolios, and work with BBEC and Raiser's Edge while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years donor fundraising experience preferred.
• Experience with fundraising databases.

Responsibilities

• Execute the direct marketing work plan for grateful patient outreach and the Partners in Medicine leadership giving society.
• Increase leadership giving society membership, retention, and upgrade rates.
• Identify, qualify, and refer major and planned giving prospects.
• Maintain a personal donor portfolio. Develops strategies from donor discovery through cultivation, solicitation, and closure of gifts.
• Directly respond to prospective and existing donor inquiries.
• Utilize BBEC to identify opportunities within the constituent base.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure compliance with donor outreach and patient data confidentiality and security.
