La Clinica seeks an Annual Giving Coordinator to connect people, businesses, and partners with meaningful opportunities to support our mission. You will lead campaigns, donor experiences, events, and stewardship to demonstrate the impact of generosity.

Working with the Development Director and Chief Partnership Officer, you will grow philanthropic support and build lasting relationships with the community we serve. This role suits someone who enjoys outreach, events, and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interact with a variety of individuals under pressure with sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in development and/or communications/marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual giving goals aligned with organizational strategy.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate the annual giving program and donor partnerships.
• Design and manage the annual giving calendar and campaigns.
• Create donor experiences and stewardship activities to deepen connections.
• Support the gratitude program, including donor recognition and communications.
• Coordinate with Communications and Development to reflect donor wishes.
• Lead sponsor solicitation and engagement for events.
• Plan and execute approved events with stakeholders.
• Assist Development Team with project design and partner engagement.
• Track donors and community engagement in the CRM and report as required.
