Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3-5 years of related experience.
• Ideal candidate has demonstrated track record in raising philanthropic funds for nonprofit organizations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to travel within the community to conduct business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage own prospect pool including annual and major donors.
• Oversee the implementation and development of the grateful patient fundraising program.
• Engage clinical staff and administrative leaders and deliver training for the program.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, speeches, and reports to diverse audiences.
• Oversee donor lifecycle including stewardship letters and recognition.
• Lead annual employee campaign and collaboration with employee campaign committee.
