Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking an Annual Giving Officer to grow the foundation's philanthropic base through a comprehensive annual and mid-level giving program. The role manages a tiered portfolio of donors giving $1,000–$10,000 and uses personalized cultivation, solicitation and stewardship to strengthen donor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fundraising or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nonprofit Management or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Grow annual and mid-level giving through donor acquisition, retention and upgrades.
• Develop a tiered donor portfolio and execute cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
• Identify and qualify current and prospective donors, focusing on upgrades.
• Facilitate warm handoffs to major gift officers when appropriate.
• Design multichannel fundraising appeals to engage targeted audiences.
• Analyze donor data using PeaceHealth analytics and AI tools to refine campaigns.
• Collaborate with philanthropy teams to coordinate donor strategies across campaigns.
• Document donor interactions and maintain accurate records in fundraising software.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices in annual, mid-level and recurring giving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
