Job summary

Centerstone seeks a Philanthropy Manager to plan, support, and execute the region's comprehensive annual fund program, growing donor gifts between $1,000 and $9,999. Under the Vice President of Philanthropy, you will cultivate, solicit, and steward donors while coordinating with the regional Foundation team to drive fundraising campaigns and engagement.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of fundraising principles, processes and systems.
• Experience securing and stewarding annual gifts ($1,000–$9,999).
• Experience with donor databases, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead regional annual giving program for the Foundation.
• Collaborate with VP of Philanthropy to set regional annual fund goals.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors with unrestricted gifts.
• Maintain stewardship strategy for portfolio donors and donor identification.
