Job summary

MultiCare Health System in Washington is seeking a Philanthropy Major Gifts Officer to identify, cultivate and steward gifts of $10,000 or more in support of the organization's mission.

You will manage major donor accounts, perform relationship-building activities, and leverage Raiser's Edge for donor plans and records, collaborating with the team to meet annual and long-term financial goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, communication or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years professional experience in personal solicitation or similar fundraising.
• Experience with donor databases, Raiser's Edge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Secure major gift-level contributions to meet annual and long-term financial goals.
• Manage major donor accounts with cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities.
• Maintain donor plans and activities in Raiser's Edge per department procedures.
