Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in development or related field.
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a comprehensive annual fund strategy (direct mail, digital, events, donor stewardship).
• Monitor goals, timelines and performance metrics for the annual fund.
• Manage gift processing, donor acknowledgements, and donor engagement events.
