Hybrid schedule; Sacramento area preferred. Salary range $80,000–$90,000 with extensive benefits and opportunities to lead major donor initiatives.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong written and verbal communication for appeal letters and newsletters.
• Experience planning annual giving strategies and donor campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively with national and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual giving campaigns across multiple channels.
• Set annual goals and benchmarks for the giving program.
• Upgrade/retain prospects and identify major gift opportunities.
• Research foundation, corporate and government funding options.
• Engage volunteers and plan cultivation events.
• Present results to leadership and philanthropy committees.
• Collaborate with HR for employee giving programs.
