Job summary

National Network of Abortion Funds seeks an Annual Campaign Manager to lead a multi-channel fundraising program, including a major focus on annual donor campaigns and a robust monthly donor program. The role supports the Associate Director of Individual Giving and the Major Gifts Manager, with travel as needed and a strong commitment to reproductive justice.

The position offers a starting salary of $65,000–$71,500, with a comprehensive benefits package and remote/hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in individual donor fundraising and donor relations.
• 3+ years of experience in supervision.
• Experience developing and nurturing positive relationships with donors and supporters.
• Experience with working with vendors and maintaining major direct mail campaigns, preferred.
• Experience building and managing a fundraising team of staff, board, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual individual donor lifecycle strategy and engagement opportunities.
• Manage fundraising calendar, deadlines and work plans for annual campaigns.
• Coordinate donor activities before and after donations, focusing on growth of grassroots and mid-level donors.
• Oversee design, production, and distribution of newsletters and appeals.
• Build out a robust monthly donor program and communicate impact of donations.
