The New York Abortion Access Fund (NYAAF) seeks a Development and Communications Manager to lead fundraising activities and drive communications that advance the organization's mission in New York.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the role focuses on building a diverse donor base—individuals, foundations, corporations, government entities—and collaborating with staff and consultants to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising and communications experience.
• Demonstrated success in donor cultivation and engagement.
• Commitment to reproductive justice and social justice movements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all fundraising activities and campaigns for NYAAF.
• Develop and implement creative, values-driven fundraising strategies.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors across individuals, foundations, corporations, and government entities.
• Collaborate with Executive Director, Operations and Finance, and consultants.
