Job summary

Lovet Pet Health Care in Anthem is seeking an Animal Hospital Manager to oversee daily hospital operations and lead staff toward delivering WOW service to clients. You will align with Onsite Partners and the business office to sustain financial success and maintain a positive workplace culture.

The role includes supervising all staff, handling employee relations, and occasionally performing CRS or Tech duties as needed. A strong communicator with empathy for pets and clients is essential.

• General oversight of day-to-day hospital operations.

• Communicates effectively with staff, Onsite Partners and business office.
