Lovet Pet Health Care is seeking an Animal Hospital Manager for our Anthem location. The role oversees the business activities of a veterinary practice, guiding staff and ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.

You will have decision-making authority with Onsite Partners and drive the hospital’s financial success while developing the team. You will supervise all hospital staff, uphold core values, mentor employees, and contribute to a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a veterinary practice or veterinary hospital operations.
• Ability to align staff with hospital values and goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills for staff and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and staff supervision.
• Foster positive work culture and WOW client service.
• Collaborate with onsite Partners and business office on finances and outcomes.
• Ensure timely completion of deadlines and follow-up commitments.
• Maintain understanding of hospital financial goals and procedures.
